There are opportunities available but there is no equal competition or treatment. Lots of jobs are fulfilled in a way to please personal networks and acquaintances.

I don’t think there are enough opportunities in the market. There is high competition and only a few openings available. Also there is a high percentage of people who are educated and often overqualified.
